Oh sure. Just keep a detailed map of everything remotely related to swimming, biking, and running within a 100-mile diameter of your next iron-distance race, and you’ll glide through with no problem. I don’t know if I buy the concept of mastering any iron-distance race; there’s just too much time and too much distance to cover to really have mastery.
Still, I suppose this might be a good resource for the stick-up-the-ass Type A triathlete crowd. You know, if it makes you feel better (ahem, more in control) and that gets you through your race, then do it!
